1.1 This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from The Sunday Club, a jewellery business operating in the United Kingdom (UK). It is in line with UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
 
1.2 By making a purchase from The Sunday Club, you agree to comply with this Returns Policy.
 
2. Returns and Exchanges
 
2.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the conditions outlined below.
 
2.2 Non-Faulty Products:
   2.2.1 If you change your mind about a product or are not satisfied with it, you may return it for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
   2.2.2 The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
   2.2.3 You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
   2.2.4 Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the conditions outlined in this Returns Policy, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the returned product.
   2.2.5 You can use the store credit to purchase another product of equal or lesser value from The Sunday Club.
 
2.3 Faulty or Damaged Products:
   2.3.1 If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
   2.3.2 We may request photographic evidence or other relevant information to assess the fault or damage.
   2.3.3 Once we have confirmed the fault or damage, we will offer you an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
   2.3.4 If the same product is not available, we will offer you an exchange for a product of equal value or issue you a store credit for the value of the returned product.
   2.3.5 You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
 
3. Return Process
 
3.1 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
   3.1.1 Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return a product.
   3.1.2 Provide us with your order details, including the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
   3.1.3 We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return the product(s).
   3.1.4 Please ensure that the returned product(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
   3.1.5 You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
 
3.2 We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your return. The Sunday Club is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
 
4. Exchange Process
 
4.1 Once we receive the returned product(s) and confirm that they meet the conditions outlined in this Returns Policy, we will process your exchange.
 
4.2 If the same product is available, we will send you a replacement product as soon as possible, subject to availability.
 
4.3 If the same product is not available, we will offer you an exchange for a product of equal value or issue you a store credit for the value of the returned product.
